Order Designation:
Orders must be clearly marked as "24-48 Hour" at the time of submission.
Order Submission Deadline:
Complete orders must be received by 9:00 PM EST. Orders should be sent to the dedicated 24-48 Hour Program email: orders@whoapromos.com.
Artwork Requirements:
Final, complete, and accurate electronic or camera-ready artwork must be submitted by 9:00 PM EST to: orders@whoapromos.com. The email must include the company name, distributor's name, contact name, phone number, shipping address, valid item #’s, and file format of the vector artwork (*.svg, *.eps, *.ai, *.pdf).
Processing Schedule:
Orders received on weekends, holidays, or after 6:00 PM EST on Fridays will be processed on the next business day.
Imprint and Decoration Specifications:
One-color imprint only.
One standard imprint location per item.
Applies solely to Screen Print or Laser decoration methods, where available.
Order Quantity Limitations:
Minimum order: First column quantity.
Maximum order: 1,000 units or EQP pricing, whichever is lower. (ITEMS VARY)
No more than 3 unique SKUs per order. (ITEMS VARY)
Only one order per distributor, per SKU, per day.
Shipping Terms:
Shipping is limited to FedEx or UPS only.
Split shipments or drop ship addresses are not permitted; one shipping address per order is required.
Account Status:
The client's account must be active and in good financial standing at the time of order placement. New accounts or distributors with recently updated affiliations will have their orders shipped one business day after account setup is finalized.
Proofing Policy:
Due to the rapid turnaround of this program, proof approvals are not offered.
